We exist for one purpose: to provide the most accurate, defensible spinal motion imaging available — for the physicians who need answers and the patients who deserve them.
Our Mission
Clarity Where Static Imaging Falls Short
Digital Motion X-ray of Utah was founded on a straightforward clinical observation: the most common cause of post-traumatic spinal pain — ligament instability — is routinely invisible on standard imaging. MRI captures soft tissue at rest. Static X-ray captures bone position in a single moment. Neither captures the dynamic, load-bearing motion that reveals how a spine actually functions.
We built this facility to fill that gap. Every examination we perform, every report we deliver, and every expert consultation we provide is grounded in the same commitment: objective, reproducible, peer-reviewed evidence that clinicians and legal professionals can rely on.
